First off..The owners of this place work UNGODLY hours to make sure you get what you need to have, get to your tubing destination AND does most of the work, which I think is too much! But he knows his time schedule! And I'm guessing he knows drunken toobers too!!

We happened to be the only campers the two nights we stayed at Dryland. Super friendly and accommodating folks. They gave us some of their own seasoning salt when we realized we didn't have any and they gave us some firewood. Our kayaking group of 3 had a few spills on the river, making us about an hour late, but again very understanding and accommodating. I see why folks would want to stay close to the river, but as the only campers at DLA, we had max privacy and the convenience of the general store across the way. Highly recommend!
